Yes. All our batting cage padding meets CPSIA certification standards with lead levels far below 100 ppm and complies with all phthalate requirements. Indoor fire-retardant vinyl options are also rated to meet ASTM E-84 Class A and NFPA-701 standards, making them safe for schools, gymnasiums, and youth sports facilities.

Absolutely. We offer full customization including color, thickness, size, shape, angles, and UV-cured ink printing for logos, text, images, and high-resolution photos. Our in-house design team can create Photoshop renderings so you can visualize the finished product before ordering. A small design fee applies for custom artwork.

Foam thickness options include 1 inch, 2 inch, and 3 inch profiles. Wood backing options are available in 7/16 inch, 1/2 inch, and 3/4 inch pressure-treated or standard plywood. These combinations allow you to match protection level and rigidity requirements for any batting cage or facility setup.

We manufacture padding in both square and circular configurations. Square padding is ideal for rails, dugout railings, and chain link fencing, while circular padding suits round posts, cage bars, goal posts, and tennis posts. Custom angles and shapes are also available to fit nearly any structural configuration.
