Yes. All our outdoor field padding is CPSIA certified with lead levels far below 100 ppm and fully complies with phthalate requirements. This makes the pads safe for use in school facilities, youth sports programs, and any environment where children are present. Safety compliance documentation is available upon request.

Absolutely. We offer full in-house custom printing using UV-cured ink suitable for both indoor and outdoor use. Your pads can feature team logos, colors, mascots, sponsor graphics, or high-resolution photos. Our design staff can work with your artwork or help create new designs, with Photoshop renderings provided before production.

Our pads are engineered for a wide range of athletic applications, including football goal posts, baseball dugout rails, batting cage posts, basketball court railings, tennis posts, volleyball facilities, and gymnasium walls. Both square and circular profile pads are available, covering virtually any pole, post, rail, or cage structure on your field or facility.

Outdoor vinyl pads are available in nine standard colors: Black, Steel Grey, Navy, Regal Blue, Forest Green, Purple, Scarlet Red, Maroon, and Yellow. Custom color matching can also be discussed with our design team. For indoor fire-retardant vinyl, a broader palette of 15 colors is available, including White, Burgundy, Tan, and Champion Blue.

Yes. The Windscreen Factory offers professional on-site installation services with a skilled installation crew. We also conduct on-site measurements to ensure precise fit prior to fabrication. For clients who prefer to self-install, we provide detailed step-by-step instructions. Both options are available regardless of project size or location.

The 18 oz outdoor vinyl is engineered for long-term performance with a grab tensile strength of 189 x 208 lbs per 2 inches, a puncture resistance of 103 lbs of force, and a tongue tear rating of 90 x 88 lbs. BACshield antimicrobial treatment and high UV resistance ensure the material withstands weather, sunlight, and repeated impact without degrading.
